He is licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida. Luis attended St. Thomas University for his undergraduate studies and continued on to earn his juris doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law. Outside of the office, Luis is a devoted family man, sharing his life with his wife, Veronica, and their two children, Facundo and Caterina. An avid long-distance runner, Luis has completed two full marathons, demonstrating his discipline and perseverance. A passionate soccer fan, he supports Universitario de Deportes and F.C. Barcelona, while also cheering on his son Facundo's team, Manchester City.
